Bypass sysprep limit in Windows 2008 server

 The need to bundle an instance varies however there is a limit to how many times a Windows instance can be bundled.  This is a sysprep limit set to cap the number of times a machine can be syspreped (if that’s a word)

I found an awesome post that fixes this issue on the Windows side which makes it possible to bypass the limit set in windows by making a registry change:Set the following registry key to 1:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurentVersion\SL\SkipRearmIn our AWS environment we ran into this issue and were able to get around it using this method.Pay it forward and share this post if it helped you as well…
